Obtaining and negotiation of Terms and Conditions (“Term Sheet”) with the diverse sources of funding.
Analysis of the business of the client
Due Diligence and structuring (design of the most adequate financing solution).
Supervision
Supervision and monitoring of the closing process of the transaction and the disposition of the financial resources.
Information Memorandum
Based on the qualitative and quantitative information of our clients, an Information Memorandum is prepared with the most relevant information to be presented to the different sources of financing.
Fees
We do not charge retainers or any kind of payment advances, we
charge at success.

How do we do it?
We carry out an in-depth analysis of the business of our clients, producing an information memorandum describing the company and the requested financial solution to be presented to one or ore financial institutions that best suit the structure, objectives and needs of the client.

Differentiated Financing Structures
In the providing of financial solutions, we manage the following structures for the obtaining of financial resources: Refinancing of existing financial debt. Factoring (national or international) of clients and of suppliers (“reversed factoring”). Structuring of syndicated loans and/or club deals (two or more banks acting together for the providing the credit). Credit for hotels, infrastructure, real estate. Leasing or sale & lease back of machinery and equipment.
Investment Banking
Obtaining of fresh capital resources through the total or partial sale of shares, with financial resources coming from Private Equity or Venture Capital funds. Mezzanine Debt (financing with debt and capital characteristics at the same time; it does not dilute the existing shareholders and nor does it intervene in the operation of the business). Public or private securitization of trade accounts receivables, leasing contracts, etc.
Financing of short-term assests
Structuring of short-term revolving lines of credit under “Repo” structure (ideal for companies that have inventories of sugar, corn, wheat). Pre-export financing.
